Document Evidence
Every factual claim should be supported by appropriate documentation — a registered company, a developed product, existing sales, an investment already made, machinery or facilities in place, or approvals already obtained. Where documentation is not yet available, identify the item as a plan, proposal, estimate or future objective instead.

Explain what currently exists today. Clearly separate your present position from future plans, expectations, targets or aspirations.
Describe The Actual Product, Business Or Project
Give enough relevant information for an initial assessment, including what you currently have, what has already been completed and what remains to be done.

Support Every Factual Claim With Documentation
If you state that a company is registered, a product has been developed, sales are taking place, an investment has already been made, machinery or facilities exist, or approvals have been obtained, submit the relevant supporting evidence where requested.

If supporting documentation cannot be provided for a factual claim, do not present that claim as an established current position. You may instead clearly identify it as a plan, proposal, estimate or future objective.
Upload One Valid Photo Identification Document
A clear government-issued or otherwise accepted photo ID of the applicant or authorised representative is required for initial identification.
Missing Or Unavailable Documents
If any mandatory document or certificate is unavailable, not applicable, under process, or cannot be submitted for any genuine reason, upload a signed declaration on a plain white sheet stating the name of the missing document and the reason for its non-submission. This declaration may be uploaded in place of the document to complete the application; however, the original or additional supporting documents may be requested later if required.

What Happens Next
Your application is reviewed against the actual current position you have described and the specific services you selected. Where a factual claim is not yet supported by documentation, it is treated as a plan, proposal, estimate or future objective rather than an established position, and your Counsellor may follow up for any additional information genuinely needed to assess the request.
What Submitting Confirms
The information provided reflects the actual current position of the applicant's business, product or project. Future plans, expectations, estimates or objectives have been identified as such, factual claims are supported by relevant documents where applicable, and the applicant authorises the submitted information and supporting records to be used for assessment of the support requested.

Built Around An Approved Detailed Project Report
This pathway is intended for eligible projects that are planned and implemented against an approved Detailed Project Report and an agreed operating framework. The model is designed to minimise avoidable business loss through structured feasibility review, project design, implementation controls, milestone monitoring, operational supervision, performance review and timely corrective intervention.
Where an eligible project experiences loss despite operating in accordance with the approved DPR, agreed controls and required operating conditions, Dignified Independence may assume the responsibility or provide the loss-protection or remedial support defined in the specific written plan applicable to that project.
Scope Is Project-Specific
The exact scope, eligibility conditions, monitoring duties, operational requirements, exclusions, limits and method of protection or remediation are stated in the project-specific written agreement — not in this application.
