Fourteen Entities. One Accountable System.
Dignified Independence is built as a coordinated ecosystem of fourteen legally and operationally distinct entities, each created for a defined area of professional responsibility. Three entities form the humanitarian, community and governance foundation of the system, while eleven specialised companies provide sector-specific capability across education, healthcare, finance, management, food, FMCG, research, logistics, inclusive adaptation, legal/regulatory support and integrated person-oriented service delivery.
Together, these entities connect through 88 functional departments and 313 specialist service capacities — a structure in which complex needs can be addressed by the right professional entity without forcing a person to navigate disconnected organisations. Dignified Independence retains ecosystem-level governance and accountability, while each specialist entity maintains the legal, professional, operational and regulatory separation required for its field.

How The Fourteen Entities Work Together
The purpose of the fourteen-entity model is specialisation without fragmentation. A person, family, institution or partner may enter the DI system through one route, but the solution can lawfully combine several specialist entities and departments while retaining clear accountability.
Need Identification
The requirement is identified through an authorised DI route — Policy Brigades, helpline, programme or specialist channel.
Functional Ownership
The appropriate department and responsible entity establish the primary functional owner for assessment and accountability.
Specialist Allocation
Medical work goes to Medical Excellence; food to Honest Harvest; specialised FMCG to Netogut; finance to Capital Cultivate; legal/regulatory work to LEXORA; independent verification to Trieye; quality-preserving logistics to Prime Puro; custom residual work to Inclusive Adaptation; education/training to Ensenanza; management to Minimax; and so on.
Integrated Delivery
Where a case requires multiple functions, supporting departments and entities contribute under a coordinated plan rather than creating duplicated ownership.
Governance & Escalation
Dignified Independence maintains group-level governance, policy, financial control, audit and institutional escalation.
Critical Distinctions
- DI Le Gate creates a purpose-built integrated community; The Elevate Excellency coordinates and adapts the individual's existing environment.
- Inclusive Adaptation the legal entity handles custom/residual execution; "Inclusive Adaptation" as a DI concept is a wider person-centred design philosophy.
- Trieye independently verifies, tests and reports; it does not automatically make the final customer or subsidy decision.
- LEXORA handles legal/regulatory/permissions interfaces; it is not the routine approval authority for all operational services.
- Prime Puro protects quality and chain-of-custody; its defining objective is preservation and safety, not speed-first logistics.
- Integrated Life Care is not a fifteenth entity — its operational care/clinical ownership sits under Medical Excellence, while it may be included in DI Le Gate or The Elevate Excellency solutions.
Current 88 Functional Departments
The directory below reflects the current 88-department website framework. Department titles are public-facing functional names. A department may be linked to more than one entity in practice, and the entity-specific lists in the fourteen profiles above show the confirmed primary/support relationships in the current mapping. Newer or expanded departments remain part of the same cross-entity architecture and should not be interpreted as separate legal entities.
