Under the leadership of Dr. Nawab Wajid — Founder and Chief Coordinator, with academic specialization in Organizational Behavior and extensive professional management experience — a structured research initiative was undertaken over a 24-month period to design a governance framework suitable for multi-country institutional operations.
Approximately 110 professionals from The office of the Chief were involved at various levels of consultation, review, drafting, and structural validation during the development phase.
The objective was to create a governance document that aligns with international institutional standards, multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements, and structured decision-making principles.
The resulting By-Law integrates regulatory discipline, departmental accountability, audit layering, authority limitation mechanisms, and documented operational procedures. It is designed to function across diverse legal systems while maintaining structural consistency.
To ensure transparency and global accessibility, the finalized governance framework was translated into 77 languages, enabling stakeholders, partners, and members of the public worldwide to review and understand the institutional structure.

Before submitting any finding, please ensure that:

The alleged deviation clearly contradicts that clause
The claim is supported by verifiable evidence
The matter is factual, not opinion-based
Emotional dissatisfaction, policy disagreement, or unverified assumptions do not qualify as audit findings.

Your submission must include:
Relevant By-Law clause reference number
Clear explanation of the alleged deviation
Supporting documentation or evidence
Your contact details for verification
Whether the finding is Financial or Non-Financial
Submissions without evidence will not be processed under the audit reward mechanism.

All audit findings must be sent to:

Upon submission:
A receipt confirmation will be issued within 24 hours
Preliminary review will be completed within 96 hours
If verified, the applicable reward credit notice will be issued within the same 96-hour review period
If any individual identifies:
🚨A financial deviation from the By-Law → USD 500 Reward per verified finding
🚨A non-financial procedural deviation → USD 100 Reward per verified finding
Submissions must be evidence-based and aligned with the documented provisions of the Handbook. Verified findings are reviewed under formal compliance procedures.
