IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
1. Succesful completion of special education course and experience is mandatory for all candidates along with basic qualification and experience
2. Candidates without special education qualification will have opportunity to undergo special training in a College in Dubai associated with Dignified Independence and affiliated with KHDA , Ministry of Education in Dubai (on additional cost).
3. Document Verification: All educational and experience documents will be subject to verification.
4. Recruitment Process: Candidates must complete the recruitment process in Dubai on a visit visa with the guidance from DI at their own cost.
5. Registration: Each candidate must register separately with the KHDA, Dubai Education Department, and assistance will be provided by the college’s PRO in Dubai.
6. Letter of Recommendation: Each candidate must submit a letter of recommendation from the Senior District Coordinator when applying.
7. Benefits:
- Employment contract is for a period 15 years or till the age of 60 whichever comes first. Any extension of contract after the age of 60 will be purely on the discretion of the management
- Four star accommodation will be provided free of charge.
- food and travel will be provided free of charge.
- The college will also bear 50% of the cost of traveling in and out to the native country.
8. There will be Salary increment of 8 to 12% every year and promotions are based on 360 degree appraisal.
9. Communication and Financial Transactions:
- All employment and financial related communication must be via email: hr@un-ngo.org
- All financial transactions must be done through the Dignified Independence account.
10. Service Orientation: This is a charitable service, requiring individuals with mental maturity to prioritize service to humanity over personal gain.
